      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/256003"&gt;@Clappy24682&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No this is not normal, as noted&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt; it will take up to 3 weeks to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are in a rush, you can pick one up at your local Telus/Koodo store and ask for a refund if it still doesn’t arrive through your mail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
