      <title>Nay go over data due to hurricane.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m looking to know if Public Mobile has any support for customers in Atlantic Canada due to the hurricane. We just got power back last night after 4 days without but still no internet so I am almost over my data (besides using it to contact family, keep updated on live feeds from the government, i also need it for work). I noticed other companies giving one time free add ons so I’m curious to know if there is anything of the sort with PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do not hold your breath to get anything from PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can send a note to agent asking for some relieve; if many customers ask maybe PM will offer something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
