If so, you Activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you transfer a number over to public? If still issues and past the payment section, submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) for help; click this link &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&amp;amp;duid=1ml7MK2dvkmM37lFcEM7RHEOeep&amp;amp;lang=en&amp;amp;" target="_blank"&gt;for issues with transfer/porting of phone numbers over to Public Mobile.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did not enter the payment details, back out of the activation process and open a tab in incognito mode to try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
