What’s the use of an alternate email address if there no way to use it when all else fails?

The post about contacting a CSA is unrelated to the question at hand doesn't answer the question. Further to that, there is no such thing an alternate e-mail address.

@Jbauneectk -I see the alternate phone number one, but haven't noticed the alternative email address option, where is that located?

I was going to say the same thing. Unless there was a change to the self serve recently, there is no such thing as an alternate email.
