Did you just become a customer? If you just activated, pre-authorized payments are already turned on.

Do you have a credit card? Login to your account and click on the Payments tab and manage or add your credit card and then turn on pre-authorized payments.

@apolpublicm hi just go into your self serve account go to payment methods and you can set it up there

If it is disabled, turn it on to enabled.
