    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/255533"&gt;@shirin009&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the porting process was not completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in the phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed this very important step then you have to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process again for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
