What do you mean "after 2 years"? Are you still on dollar rewards or did you switch to the new points system?

if it shows, how much loyalty rewards it shows?$2 or $5?

If you are 5 years with PM you should get $5 reward.

Look at your payment history and let us know what it say there.

it's showing there or not, if not see it, open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it
