Either your new phone is gibbled or the PM sim is.The quickest way to determine that is to find an unlocked phone and try the sim in that phone. Alternative is to find a working PM sim, try that working sim in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As that dealer is reputable, he might be able to help trouble-shoot with you...just to make sure new phone is working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See if he has an unlocked phone handy that you can try your PM sim in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
