500mb Autopay

Hi. What happened to the 500mb included in my ($25 1gb) plan when set up for autopay? Did this get removed? Why did I not receive notification of this if it was removed? Is there any compensation for this if it was removed?

Also these new Public Points seem terrible. Why would I pay out at ~$40 cash value one time and loss the $5 per month benefits I have? I don't think opting in is a wise choice whatsoever. Thoughts?

Hi @mathieu13 kind if no change. Now Autopay is not a requirement for the 500MB. Everyone gets it. Simpler. So, $25 is now 1GB , no need to setup Autopay

It used to be 500+500. Now it's just 1gb. You haven't lost anything. Are you only seeing 500mb for the counter?

Almost every regular here is still on rewards. Don't switch.

I must be losing my mind or something, lol. I may have had a promotion at some point that gave me 500mb free because I swear seeing it my account at one point or another as 1gb+500mb. Thanks for your response. I don't plan on switching rewards.

It did say that before but it wasn't a promotion. With the new Self Serve site, a mistake caused incorrect plan details to be shown.
