      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. Payments have to be paid in full for next month. PM does not prorate payment if you do not use service. If you are leaving for a longer period (few months) there is a way to not to pay for those months and keep account and number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don’t pay for the next cycle but your account will be suspended. You can activate the account once you come but if it is longer than 90 days. Your account will be closed, SIM is cancelled, number will be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Switch to a $15 plan to keep your account active and you won’t lose your old number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
