    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can I transfer a phone number from the existing PM account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reason for this is that the new offer only applies to new activation but not plan upgrade and I don't want to lose my phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot change within. You can&amp;nbsp;port out and&amp;nbsp;close your&amp;nbsp;account and then&amp;nbsp;port back in. The question is where do your park&amp;nbsp;your number? voip.ms or ??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254754"&gt;@youxing&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On your other post, you indicated that your account is closed so your old number will be on hold for 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don’t know if you can retrieve it back but best to ask a CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can only port a number over if your old account is Active. So the chances is very slim to porting your old number over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to purchase a new SIM, if your old account is closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
