Hello I am a public mobile user, I went to change my plan but forgot my password and have made a typo when I created my security question. Can someone help please.

If you are not able to reset your password yourself, you'll have to write to the moderators to get help.

Include as many info as you can, including your phone number, your account number if you have it, the email address associated with your account, and a description of your problem.

They should get back to you in the morning tomorrow.
