Hello,

I'm wondering if I change my plan ($25 to $15 or $15 to $25... etc.), will i lose loyalty and autopay rewards? Or as long as I continue to use the same account, will i be able to continue receiving these rewards?

Rewards are associated with your account not plan. So you can change it without loosing any rewards nor add-ons nor PM bonuses.

@Mana-Canada It's also a good idea (recommended) to have the plan change become effective at next renewal option rather than an immediate plan change since PM doesn't prorate and you'll end up starting and paying for the full cost of a new cycle as your rewards cannot be used for immediate plan changes. However, they'll be available for the next payment cycle.
