Can I change my referral code?

My code has O’s in it that could be mistaken for zeros. Can I get a different code to give to my friends?

@DDM69 if it was just a typo, jus open ticket with PM support amd they can likely able to help

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

Not likely @DDM69 . It is the same issue with many other members with similar characters/digits.

Maybe ask your referrals to copy and paste your code to avoid problems, but just ensure they are not copying spaces or anything. Although that should not be allowed during activation anyhow.

It might help when you give the the code out to your friends use lower case for alpha.

Have you ever heard of a CSA changing someone's referral code @softech ? I haven't, but who knows.
