I can't find my current data usage in my account. Has the location on this changed?

Data usage should me on the main page of your self-serve account under "My Data & Add ons". If you see no usage there, it means you have used up all of your data

@Howald111 if you don't see it on your front page overview, try going to

Plans and Add-ons -> Data & Add-On Usage

Direct link: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/Add-on-Usage/ (link will open in a new window)

It will show you your data limit, usage and remaining data and the status of the add on

@Howald111, if you are using an android device, data witness PM from the play store is a very good app for monitoring data usage on the phone without having to go into the self serve portal each time.

@will13am I'd suggest the "Data Witness PM" version instead: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iwik.datawitnesspm.

@Howald111 Data Witness was written by community member @IWIK, and it works well for Public Mobile plans. Being the great guy that he is, IWIK has offered up this "PM" version for free to us--it will only track data used on Public Mobile. Or, you could support him by picking up the regular version (I believe it's $1 or so), and it works with any network.

Lol, I did suggest data witness PM. I didn't provide the play store link.

Thanks all for the help. I think I ended up reaching my limit. I made the mistake of using my phone as a hotspot for a new laptop....and I think it was downloading a bunch of programs in the background without me knowing about it. I wasn't sure though....becasue last time I got past 95% I thought I received another text warning.
