5 days ago I activated my sim card with a referral code and I am yet to be given the $10 credit. What's going on? Can someone also confirm when I should expect to see the promotional extra 2gb for 12 months?

You will see the $10 credit in your account in 72 hours.

There are requirements for the 2gb for 12 months…minimum $25 plan and active your SIM before August 31.

If you meet both requirements, again it will show up in 72 hours.

@BKNS27 not sure if you noticed, but the OP mentioned it's been 5 days already. I'm reasonably certain that 120 hours is still >= 72 hours....
