      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254735"&gt;@Nikiakyaira&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;login with Incognito mode again.&amp;nbsp; Check if the status shows Active.&amp;nbsp; If still Suspended,&amp;nbsp; check if the money still sitting as Available Fund and wasn't used for renewal.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If that is the case, click Reactivate my plan button again.&amp;nbsp; PM will use the money from Available fund for renewal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
