      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just heard of this new glitch sending out incorrect emails&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254651"&gt;@Srandall&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do end up receiving another SIM card, then you have proof here in writing on this forum that you did not order the 2nd one. I'd say keep it as a spare or use it as a referral.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you were charged, then YES connect with Public Mobile representative (CSA) by submitting a ticket for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
