      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254671"&gt;@Sandradw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact a CS_Agent by private message or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on this Community to get the SIM PUK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a Samsung phone, you will need a PUK from Samsung Canada for the phone PUK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
