      <description>&lt;P&gt;I left Freedom Mobile because I was unhappy with their service, so I decided a month ago to sign-up for Public Mobile since my father has it and he has had no problems with them. For that entire month thus far, I have NEVER been able to access my data. So, I am paying for a data plan I have not received. In effect, I am paying for services I have never received through no fault of my own, but that of Public Mobile. What a way to be introduced to a new carrier. Failed immediately. I am quite furious about this as i have never experienced anything like this, ever.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, why does my data not work, but my father's does? We are in the same location. I am considering leaving Mobile for this ridiculous difficulty. Answers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also cannot believe I cannot contact Customer Service for assistance as THERE IS NONE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254639"&gt;@Michaelzz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you never able to use data since joining, it is usually a problem either APN settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What make and model is your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to do a Reset All Network on your phone,&amp;nbsp; it will try to get the Correct APN settings from the network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you've had all your other services for about a month, but no data, make sure first you have data showing left on your plan in your My Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If data is left, perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Find&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;and tap Settings &amp;gt; System &amp;gt; Advanced &amp;gt; Reset options &amp;gt; Reset network settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still issues, check your APN settings here for Public Mobile:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en" target="_blank"&gt;https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have greyed out areas you cannot change, do you happen to have the freedom sim card still? If so insert the freedom sim card to change the apn settings, then save settings.
