      <description>&lt;P&gt;my account is suspended, i paid my balance- my service turned on, then turned back off and is continuing to tell me it’s still suspended and that i need to pay again. i have the invoice they sent me after i paid the first time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254641"&gt;@Anika71&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- when you say service turned on then turned back off, do you mean on your My Account status or the actual services on your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all your services are working and you see this message on your My Account this is normal to show during your plan renewal evening before and morning of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you have no services working and it is &lt;STRONG&gt;past your renewal date&lt;/STRONG&gt; can you choose the reactivate option?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your plan still does not reactivate / resume and it shows $0 owing, try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to “Profile” TAB&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select "Lost or Stolen Phone" TAB&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select "Suspend service" BUTTON&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Then, Select Resume/Reactivate Service&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Log off your account. Log back in. Reboot your phone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
