      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was helping a friend with paying two separate accounts for her two children.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We recently had a falling out, and I need to change the email on both accounts to her email. I was able to change my name to her name for both accounts but not the emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please any help would be appreciated along with my debit card being removed from the account as she no longer wants me paying the kids phone bills but she said she would like to keep the numbers. (A very bad falling out this time and I feel its permanent)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When we signed up in Mississauga we were told to use two different emails and her name and my name in order to change it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254568"&gt;@annacookie0811&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, to change email address for a self serve account, you will need to use the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket.&amp;nbsp; Each account has to have its own unique email address.&amp;nbsp; Sorry things did not work out with your friend.&amp;nbsp; Maybe cooler heads will prevail in the end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried that, but it kept saying with the bot to come to community support page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its so frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully so, if not, it just shows sometimes you do things you think for the right reasons - but in the end, not everyone is going to like you - and they probably never liked us in the first place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
