      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can dial 611 to make payment using your on-file credit card...you'll need your PM pin number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can go to Shell Gas or Walmart and get payment vouchers...then dial 611 to add them to your acct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deal with email issue later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
