      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello…&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My account is renewed today. I upgrade my plan. I can call someone but I can’t receive any calls. The data service is also not working. Tried resetting the network and turn on or off the device. Nothing seems to work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, maybe try giving it a few more hours. Same thing happened to me when I renewed my plan but everything was fine in a couple of hours. If not, I suggest going to you local store and asking them for help as a last resort. Best of luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
