    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm, that's strange. Usually if you run out of minutes, they still let you accept incoming calls, but it doesn't sound as if that's your problem since the plan just renewed today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. My account is renewed today. I upgrade my plan. I can call someone but I can’t receive any calls. The data service is also not working. Tried resetting the network and turn on or off the device. Nothing seems to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
