      <title>No Service After Plan Update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan update went through today, but issue of not being able to receive calls, when someone calls me they hear "5UT1, you reached a number that is not equipped for incoming service", when I call someone they receive my calls but from an unknown number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried everything, restarting, removing simcard, manually selecting public mobile. ect.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My account shows active online with the new plan as of today, but still not receiving calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>
