      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm seeing a lot of posts about new users or people changing plans losing all service. Is the provisioning system having problems?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/102573"&gt;@umnikke8&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;no official words.&amp;nbsp; And honest, PM does not like to make official words to tell us what happened.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far, it only affects Plan change&amp;nbsp; (not sure if just plan change on renewal date only or change plan now as well).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Look like provisioning for new activation is unaffected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
