      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to explain, if you were to gain access then you wouldn't be able to change it yourself anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The email is just a login id. If the account is not suspended then you can send a text to the phone for verification rather than email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
