    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48227"&gt;@quarrington&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;A scheduled plan change screwed up the renewal.&amp;nbsp; That was a problem since Friday.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PM Support can certainly have the issue fixed, just hope they get to your ticket soon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would wait till tomorrow morning and message them again for an update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
