      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254157"&gt;@Sbabb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Have you tried rebooting or toggling airplane mode on/off.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You could also try removing the SIM and put it back after couple of minutes and reboot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254157"&gt;@Sbabb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the make and model of your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a phone that is 2018 or earlier it's possible it is still locked to your previous provider. If you were getting a message on your phone please tell us exactly what it says for us to help you further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tested the SIM card in another unlocked phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you get the same result then it is likely your sim card did not provision correctly upon activation. you will need to contact customer support to provision your sim card to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the links to contact customer support as provided above in the previous posts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
