    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you! Text is working. Account status active. I've already rebooted my phone once. No plan change lately. I buy $15 cards every month. I missed one payment and my account got deactivated but it was activated again after had paid for another card. Is this considered a plan change? In any case, I am going to reset my sim card. Thanks again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
