      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/254107"&gt;@adekunleonifade&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hmmm...at what stage of activation did this occur?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;At the beginning with the first step of entering your sim card # for the very first time?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;At the end when you click&amp;nbsp; "Activate'" and instead of getting the 1234 activation countdown it flips you back to the last page you were on before you activated?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;At the beginning with the first step but after you have already tried to activate? &lt;STRONG&gt;If it is at this point then wait one full hour and start your activation over again.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After a successful activation when you put the pm sim card in your phone ? If you put the Public Mobile SIM card in your phone and there are no services at all in or out or mobile data then it's likely your sim card did not provision correctly upon activation. Check your credit card for your plan amount to have been charged and see if you can log into your self-serve account first.
