      <description>&lt;P&gt;I added 1GB to my plan for $30 about a week ago. It charged to my credit card, however, I am not seeing any data coming through. Does anyone know what the issue is?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The add-on purchase might not have gone through, this happened to me once. Go back into your account balance on self-serve and check, there should be a credit balance for $30 still sitting there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just purchase the add-on again. This time around, you will not have to enter your credit card info, it will just deduct the purchase from your existing credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this is the case for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
