    <description>&lt;P&gt;On iPhone11 Pro Max. No data and no text but voice works. Changed APN from isp.mb.com to sp.mb.com with no difference. Network reset did not work either. Tried different phone and same so looks like account issue? Thanks for your help in advance!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not being fixed at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;30 hrs since trying to contact support agents and 14 hours since agent said they are trying to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How many days should I wait with no service before switching providers?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
