      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was offered a new promo plan. So I switched to save 5 bucks. Now my data isn’t working and can barely send sms. Phone calls work ok.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;reset the network settings. Reset the phone a few times. Did the APN. Nothing seems to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
