      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Change my plan to new offer now data is not working and I cannot have phone calls coming in or messages &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Anyone know how to fix this reset phone multiple times still has not resolved the issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
