you cannot with PM. PM does not have addon to call Ukraine. You need to use calling card.

Sorry, but Public Mobile does not offer this service. You would to use another service to place this call. There are calling cards from other companies that can be purchased.

Public mobile long distance add on include:

300 International Long Distance Minutes

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.

With Public mobile plans, unable to call Ukraine. Might want to try long distance calling cards, use online apps, etc.

Calling cards, voip apps, different providers...not Public.

Not all stores sell calling cards. Also, pricing can vary greatly. There's no guarantee that anything can be found for $2.

Some calling card some might sell in lesser amount
