      <description>&lt;P&gt;Texting, data and incoming calls not working since my plan was changed yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've sent 2 messages and opened 2 tickets without any acknowledgement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even a national outage, doesn't take this long to fix, WTH Public/Telus ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just upgraded my plan and it was renewed, but I have no service. Tried all the suggestions and still nothing. Sending in a ticket now. I hope this gets fixed right away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately sounds like right away to them is 12-48 hours.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switching to koodo in the morning if not resolved!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
