    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/253864"&gt;@Marc7796&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Pre-authorized payments could fail.&amp;nbsp; It can be either a PM issue or a decline from your credit card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, you have confirmed you have no service at the moment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then login to My Account.&amp;nbsp; If the account status is showing Suspended, you should see a button "Reactivate my plan" there.&amp;nbsp; Click on it and follow the screen to make a manual payment.&amp;nbsp; Once the payment is made, logoff from My Account and reboot your phone and it should be all good&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We all see this message on the day our accounts renew.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, if services are not working, make a manual payment as already mentioned, see&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;'s post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
