      <title>Phone plan not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just renewed my phone plan for this month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have made my payment, and it went through. As well as on my account it says it is activated. But it is not working on my phone. I cannot text, call, or use my data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have used the question bot, which has led me to “request for a ticket” to get help. But it’s been hours. Anyone have any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Sadly the don’t give refunds on purchases which is ridiculous if the plan is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/253732"&gt;@elishajonesy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;there could be some renewal as well as plan change problem today.&amp;nbsp; Many posts about that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But try to reboot the phone once.&amp;nbsp; Reseat the sim card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that do not help , Please open ticket with CS Agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;start by typing : Contact CS Agent&lt;BR /&gt;then Click "Contact Us"&lt;BR /&gt;then Click "Other"&lt;BR /&gt;finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;BR /&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your reply in another thread said you did a plan change. There seems to be a trending problem with that these last couple days. All you can do is wait for the support people to get back to you. Look for a red number above the envelope next to your balloon avatar.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
