Your plan can be changed from your self serve account. Ensure that you select the scheduled change option so that you don't lose money paid for your current plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Login to your account and plans &amp;amp; add-ons and click change plan. You choose either 3G or 4G up top and then use the yellow arrows either to the right or at the bottom to scroll through the plans.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/253763"&gt;@AK67&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you can easily do it yourself on My Account.&amp;nbsp; Login to My Account, go to Plan and Add-ons page.&amp;nbsp; You can change change my plan there.&amp;nbsp; All plans will be shown there, just need to click the yellow arrows to scroll to the one you like.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will be given 2 choices for plan change.&amp;nbsp; Change plan on renewal date, which most people will choose to avoid losing money for unused days.&amp;nbsp; Or you can also click change plan now if you want it starts today&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
