    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have autopay set up on my account and have never had a issue before but today I got a text saying my account was suspended. There was money in my account and when I checked nothing had come out. I have since made a payment manually and my account is active again. No issues there, just wondering why this happened so I can avoid it in the future. I also want to make sure autopay won't still come out and double charge my account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/205983"&gt;@j_mccready&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, I have seen customers report from time to time that auto pay fails.&amp;nbsp; You might have experienced on of these spurious failures.&amp;nbsp; As for workarounds to keep the account from going into suspension on auto pay failure is to manually top up prior to renewal.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/205983"&gt;@j_mccready&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes there is a glitch in the AutoPay system and for some reason it turns off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to your account and check under Payment and see if AutoPay is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, just enable this feature.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
