      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it may be in the&amp;nbsp; junk folder. Have you checked there? I've had some password reset links sent there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you're back...what recording do you get when you dial 611? If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can use it to turn off autopay. You can also hear your renewal date and then pause your credit card the evening before until mid-day of that day. That will not let it renew and go into suspension. Then after 90 days the account will die.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
