      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/25048"&gt;@victorkaplan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;try to reseat your sim card once.&amp;nbsp; Power down the phone firstm then take the sim card out for a minute , then put it back in and power up again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If issue persists and you have another phone , try to put your PM sim card there and test it on that other phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can download maps and the GPS in your phone will show you where you are. Directions would need the internet. You could set that up before you go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I suspect they are being swamped by this problem. We've seen several people in here in the last couple days complaining of this problem. Ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But like I say, GPS on maps doesn't need cell. Start it all up while on wifi and then you can just not be connected. But you certainly should be connected as this change plan problem is astounding.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
