Are you a current customer with an Active account, phone number and plan, or have been Active within 90 days?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, or ported your Public Mobile number to another provider, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve/My Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If having issues with your password, use the &lt;STRONG&gt;Forgot your password&lt;/STRONG&gt; option to reset it, found here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password" target="_blank"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For My Account log in issues that you continue to have issues with, you can submit a ticket here to: &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&amp;amp;duid=2BXKyAsUGl2N10AVl7ws2J1MLVR&amp;amp;lang=en&amp;amp;" target="_blank"&gt;Create, forgot or change My Account email or password link&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it returning any errors? Try a different browser or even device or use incognito mode and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
