    <description>&lt;P&gt;I went on the site on Sept 11 and paid 20 + tax using my credit card.&amp;nbsp; Now I am deactivated.&amp;nbsp; Apparently I should be paying 25 plus tax but that is not the amount that was coming up on the site.&amp;nbsp; I paid what it was requesting.&amp;nbsp; There is no record of this payment on&amp;nbsp; the site and i have been deactivated.&amp;nbsp; Why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean suspended?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pay full amount what your plan costs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To reactivate account, do manual pay, choose "Other" as payment type and pay your plan cost. Credit card has to be registered with PM. You can make only 2 attempts to pay this way. If it fails you will have to wait an hour to try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once payment is completed, logoff and reboot the phone. Service/plan should automatically reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't reactivate then go to the plans or usage page and click on the lost/stolen feature. Suspend your service. Log-out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/reactivate-a-suspended-plan" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/reactivate-a-suspended-plan&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When is your regular scheduled renewal date&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/253592"&gt;@ChandlerD&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does is say for your owing amount in My Account now or when you dial 611 from your device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You see a credit card charge for $20 plus taxes, but you don't see this in My Account? Can you check the payment history to see what it shows there:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Account will not show the tax portion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
