On Oct 19/22 I purchased 2 USA admins for my phone xxx-xxx-xxxx and my wife’s phone xxx-xxxx-xxxxxxx. The service was terrible most times we tried to text or call we were unable to make a connection. Do you provide a decent service in the USA generally or is this normal.

Unfortunately, it's normal because voice service in the US is only offered for Public Mobile customers on the T-Mobile 2g network. Even that network is close to be shut down.

@Jessie11 US roaming options are still being made available for purchase when they should be removed temporarily until PM provides the ability for customers to use VoLTE technology.

Unfortunately it's not being made very clear to potential customers of the limitations and issues of US roaming when purchasing the add-on's as shown in the images below. If one does not open the "fine print" important information will never be seen prior to purchase.

I would use the info that @Outdoorsman outlined and request a credit.

Deliberately and consistently repeating others several hours later will be seen/handled as spam.

I think it says something about disturbances when using it to call within the US on their ad on page. These things are so easy to miss though.
