Or is it a little bit loose? If everything is clean but the SIM card does not fit snugly I can lose contact with the phone causing that message to come up. If you need a little bit of carefully placed tape or a paper shim to ensure your sim card has a snug fit. Power on your phone again and see if that message has disappeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you bought the phone second hand fairly recently was it from a reputable person or dealer? Or from an add-on Craigslist, kijiji or Facebook marketplace for example?
