Log out of My Account completely, then log back in. Does your account still show Suspended?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any owing amount? When is your regularly scheduled renewal date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you add the voucher via 611, try restarting your phone, then call 611. Is the status Active or Suspended?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
