    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/253352"&gt;@Amiller22&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;any chance you already used up all the data for the current cycle?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please login to My Account &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; (this is the only way to assure you get the accurate information).&amp;nbsp; Check if it shows you still have any data left with your current cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is still data, you can then check if you have setup a data limit on your device.&amp;nbsp; Android phones have such settings.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try to test your sim card in another phone if you have one around&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if that works&lt;/P&gt;</description>

More details would be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your self service account, do you see your data counter? &amp;nbsp;How much data is shown left? &amp;nbsp;Is your account status active or suspended? &amp;nbsp;Does talk and text work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
